1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at support@shopyouthfash.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • If your order qualifies for cancellation, a confirmation email/SMS will be sent to you within 24 hours.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product or an incorrect variant/SKU.
  • The product was damaged, leaked, or expired at the time of delivery.
  • The package was tampered with or items were missing upon delivery.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened skincare and cosmetic products are not eligible for return or refund.


3. Refund Timeline

  • Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only (no cash refunds).
  • If your order included discounts or bundles, the refund amount will be adjusted proportionally.

4. Return Verification Process

  • To initiate a return, please email or WhatsApp our support team with the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Product Name
    • Unboxing video/photo showing the issue
    • Reason for return or refund
  • Our quality team will verify the request within 2–3 working days and guide you on next steps.
  • For serviceable areas, we will arrange a reverse pickup. In remote locations, customers may be asked to ship the product back.

5. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products.
  • Products purchased during clearance or flash sales.
  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.
  • Orders without valid proof such as invoice or unboxing video.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement or refund will be offered after verification with courier records and customer-provided proof.
