Exchange & Refund Policy

At shopyouthfash.com, your satisfaction matters. To ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness, this return, exchange, and refund policy applies to all online purchases made through our website.
1. Eligibility for Exchange or Refund
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong product (different SKU or variant from your order).
- The product was damaged or leaking at the time of delivery.
- You received a product past its expiry date.
- The package was tampered with or items were missing upon delivery.
Note: For hygiene reasons, used or opened skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Time Window for Request
- Please raise your request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted for hygiene and quality control reasons.
3. Process for Return / Exchange
- Email or WhatsApp our Customer Support Team at: support@shopyouthfash.com with the following:
- Order ID
- Unboxing video or photo showing the issue
- Product name and reason for return
- Our quality team will verify the request within 2–3 working days.
- Once approved:
- We will arrange reverse pickup where serviceable.
- In remote areas, customers may be asked to ship the product back to us.
4. Refund Process
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receipt and inspection of the product.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method only (no cash refunds).
- If the product was part of a combo or bundle, the refund value will be adjusted proportionally.
5. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Opened or used items
- Products purchased during flash sales, clearance, or trial offers
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Orders without valid proof (invoice / unboxing video)
6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours. We will offer replacement or refund after verifying with delivery partner logs and unboxing evidence.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, if not yet shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned following the above return process if eligible.
