1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across Pan India through our trusted logistics partners. Orders can be placed from any serviceable PIN code, and delivery time may vary based on location, product availability, and courier partner coverage.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once processed, you’ll receive an email and SMS confirmation with your tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or Non-Serviceable Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499/-
  • For orders below ₹499/-, a nominal shipping charge of ₹49/- will apply.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your shipment anytime using the tracking link shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched. Alternatively, log in to your ShopYouthFash account → My Orders to check your live order status.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two (2) times. If you are unavailable during both attempts, the product may be returned to our warehouse, and reshipment charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Order Modifications & Address Change

  • Changes to delivery address or order details can be made within 6 hours of placing the order, before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, the address cannot be modified. Please contact support@shopyouthfash.com for assistance.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand globally soon.

9. Packaging & Safety

All products are shipped in tamper-proof, eco-friendly packaging. Our team ensures each order is double-checked for quality and safety before dispatch.
